Host Home Services

Through Host Home Services, individuals with disabilities live in nurturing, family-centered homes that provide personalized care and support. Certified host families offer daily assistance, supervision, and activities that create a true sense of belonging and stability outside of traditional group home settings.

Supported Living

Supported Living services empower individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes or with family, roommates, or guardians. With one-on-one support tailored to each person’s needs — from health and hygiene to budgeting, transportation, and community outings — we help people thrive in daily life.
